Lymph Flow combines butcher's broom, hesperidin methyl chalcone and vitamin C, the trio studied alongside lymphatic drainage massage.

Gotu kola, selenium and red root complete the formula.

• Butcher's broom extract (Ruscus aculeatus), 150 mg.

Flavonoid

• Hesperidin methyl chalcone (Citrus aurantium), 150 mg.

Triterpenoid saponin

• Gotu kola asiaticosides (Centella asiatica), 75 mg.
