Synergy C now includes the intracellular anti-oxidants SOD and Catalase, while S-Acetyl Glutathione delivers pre-formed Glutathione to the intracellular compartment to support the cell's production of Glutathione Peroxidase.

These antioxidant enzymes are the cell's front-line antioxidant defense against free radicals, and they are not used up in the process.

Molecular Hydrogen is another key intracellular anti-oxidant, but we cannot put it in the capsule since it is a gas. We recommend our Living Water bottle or Molecular Hydrogen tablets for travel, and Life Ionizer water systems for installation in the home and office.

Formerly labeled "Synergy C," we are updating some product names using the term "Syntropy" to introduce Syntropy Health. We also chose to make the new name Vitamin C Syntropy to go along with some of our other Vitamin-centered formulations like Vitamin A Synergy, which will become Vitamin A Syntropy. They are the most comprehensive synergistic formulas we know of for each vitamin. Syntropy extends the concept from mere Synergy to include the concept of coherence. The Syntropy principle is associated with the healing power of the spirit body. Syntropy is the vital force counteracting the entropy of unhealthy aging and degeneration.

Even 1 a day is a good optimum level for starters, equivalent to taking 1600 mg of ascorbic acid in divided dose throughout the day (e.g., better than taking a capsule of 500 mg of 'regular' plain Vitamin C at each meal).

Here's why:

​Sure, you can get 500 mg of Vitamin C in a capsule... So, what makes our 200 mg Super C 200 so super, and so much more effective?

​Well, everything we put in it:

For starters, the Vitamin C itself comes from both Magnesium Ascorbate and Ascorbyl Palmitate.

Magnesium Ascorbate has 2 Vitamin C molecules linked to each Magnesium atom. That means every time you absorb one of these molecules of Vitamin C, you get 2 for that 1. That applies at both the intestinal mucosa and the cell membrane, resulting in 4 times the Vitamin C levels inside your cells where it is most crucial, compared to plain Ascorbic Acid. Because those higher levels are achieved in the intracellular compartment systemically, it then takes twice as long for that water soluble Vitamin C to diffuse back out of the cells. So, effectively, you would have to take 4 times as much regular Vitamin C in 2 divided doses about 8 hours apart to match the cellular levels from this source.

Ascorbyl Palmitate is unique in being a fat soluble Vitamin C, so it goes into and protects the critical cell membranes throughout your body. Being fat soluble, it stays there a very long time, supplying a sustained Vitamin C reservoir for your whole body.

Together, that means the 200 mg of Vitamin C in Super C 200 provides you with significantly more benefits in more locations and over more than twice the time period than 1600 mg of a typical Ascorbic Acid supplement.

Bioflavonoids, also known as ​Vitamin P, are synergistic with Vitamin C. So, we include two unique bioflavonoids: Quercetin Dihydrate and Hesperiden Methyl Chalcone (HMC). Quercetin is the most researched bioflavonoid, and the Dihydrate form is the most bioavailable form, which is absorbed about 100 times better than other forms. We also include HMC because of its potency to stabilize the mast cell membrane, reducing histamine release.

​Next, we include Stabilized R-Lipoic Acid. Lipoic Acid is the critical nutrient for recycling Vitamin C and other key antioxidants in your cells including Vitamin E. It also raises cellular levels of Glutathione. And compared to common Alpha Lipoic Acid supplements (which are only half R-Lipoic Acid, with the other half being S-Lipoic Acid because it is made synthetically), our Bio-Enhanced® R-Lipoic Acid is all natural and results in 40 times more bioavailability than unstabilized natural R-Lipoic Acid.

Magnesium Threonate is added to our Super C 200, because Threonate (also found in Ester C) increases Vitamin C levels by 300% in the white blood cells of your immune system. At the same time, because we use Magnesium Ascorbate instead of the Calcium Ascorbate found in Ester C, Super C 200 raises intracellular Magnesium levels instead of Calcium levels. Calcium is actually a stressor inside the cell, while Magnesium is a desirable intracellular mineral that acts as a cofactor in over 300 enzymatic processes. 

Finally, we add our Special Delivery components to increase absorption of all these ingredients at the intestinal mucosa even further with Piperine, and distribute them more effectively to your body's tissues with Gingko Biloba Extract. We use the European standard for Gingko because in addition to specifying standardized levels for the two key active compounds, Flavone Glycosides (24%) and Lactones (6%), it also specifies that the Ginkgolic Acid level is below 0.0005% for added safety assurance.
